Sale of images from an exhibition:
By submitting the "order" form to Christian Zedler Photography for the purpose of purchasing a printed photograph, you agree to the following: 1) By submitting the order form, a binding contractual relationship is established for the purchase of the photograph specified in the form in the specified dimensions and design. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 days after sending the form. In the event of later revocation, the seller shall be owed 50% of the sales price. 2) The price includes the purchase of the picture on site. Any costs for shipping to the destination will be charged additionally to the buyer. Any taxes incurred by the seller as a result of the sale (e.g. VAT) are included in the sales price. 3) Christian Zedler Photography shall issue an invoice in Swiss Francs (CHF) when the photograph is dispatched. The invoice must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date by bank transfer to the bank account stated on the invoice. Any bank charges and exchange rate costs shall be borne by the buyer.
These terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Switzerland, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Meilen / Zurich. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
